By using this site or engaging SeqOrbit for services, you agree to these terms.

SeqOrbit provides AI product development, MVP builds, and automation consulting. Scope, timelines and pricing for client work are defined separately in a project agreement or statement of work.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment. SeqOrbit retains the right to reuse general methods, frameworks and non-confidential learnings.

Payment terms are set per project agreement. Late payments may pause active work until resolved.

SeqOrbit is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Update this if your business is registered elsewhere.
